One Three Host (13Host.com.au) was established in December 2006 by a team of 3 like minded individuals with one goal in mind, to provide affordable website hosting for small website owners, who can, with the right tools at their disposal, self manage their own website with minimal support.
Now, almost 5 years after signing up our first customer, 13Host.com.au is now 100% privately owned by website investor / developer, Robert Crain, who first started investing in domain names and website development way back (in terms of the internet, that is) in 1999.
13Host.com.au is slowly approaching 700 hosted websites (as at September 30), and although not a huge player in the website hosting industry, we are pleased that our customers are 100% happy with the service we provide, as well as the level of support we offer.
Our ‘self manage’ website hosting model allows us to keep our hosting prices low, yet at the same time, offer help when needed. We encourage our clients to utilize our video tutorials prior to contacting us. We have clients that have been hosting with us now for many years that have not needed to contact us via support for assistance. Our tutorials are that good!
Customers who do have any issues relating to their hosting can contact us through a Support Ticket (link will open in new window/tab), accessible by logging into your own Client Area (new window/tab will open) where you can keep up-to-date all of your contact details, manage your products/services, and access our video tutorials.
